Whilst we spend a good amount of time helping First-time Buyers, Movers & Property Investors find the right mortgage, around 50% of our time is spent ensuring that our existing customers continue to have the right mortgage for their circumstances on the best terms possible. We will be in contact around 6 months prior to the expiry of any fixed or discount period.
We are more likely to outlive our mortgage than not. However, the financial implications if the worst were to happen are unthinkable. With every mortgage review we will also highlight any shortfalls you may have in your life, critical illness or income protection needs. We have a range of insurers giving plenty of alternative options in case life has already thrown you a curved ball.
Your choice of conveyancer can make a huge difference to your homebuying experience and ultimately the successful (or otherwise) outcome. Instructing a firm based purely on cost is not usually the best idea. With access to a panel of 24 firms with a variety of expertise we will be able to point you in the right direction. Stuart's age is a closely guarded secret but he is married with 3 children, a "Sprocker" Spaniel called Oscar and recent additions Henry & Cisco. (Guinea Pig's!) When Stuart isn't arranging mortgages he acts as a taxi for his children. He also enjoys playing golf whenever possible.
