Whilst we spend a good amount of time helping First-time Buyers, Movers & Property Investors find the right mortgage, around 50% of our time is spent ensuring that our existing customers continue to have the right mortgage for their circumstances on the best terms possible. We will be in contact around 6 months prior to the expiry of any fixed or discount period.

Your choice of conveyancer can make a huge difference to your homebuying experience and ultimately the successful (or otherwise) outcome. Instructing a firm based purely on cost is not usually the best idea. With access to a panel of 24 firms with a variety of expertise we will be able to point you in the right direction. Stuart's age is a closely guarded secret but he is married with 3 children, a "Sprocker" Spaniel called Oscar and recent additions Henry & Cisco. (Guinea Pig's!) When Stuart isn't arranging mortgages he acts as a taxi for his children. He also enjoys playing golf whenever possible.

Emma Hilder is the newest addition to the team. Married with 2 children, she also has a dog. Doris is a Mini Schnauzer. In Emma's spare time she indulges her husbands Motorsport hobby, albeit in recent years he watches more than competes. When Emma isn't arranging mortgages she likes nothing more than enjoying a large glass of red wine, with a decent meal out followed by a show in London.
